All products sold on GPL1.in are digital downloads such as WordPress themes and plugins. Because these are non-tangible and delivered instantly, they cannot be returned.
2. No Refund After Download
Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation. By purchasing from our website, you agree to this condition.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
✔ The downloaded file is completely corrupted and unusable
✔ Duplicate payment was made for the same product
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do NOT provide refunds for:
✖ Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
✖ Compatibility issues with your hosting or WordPress version
✖ Expectation of premium support or automatic updates
✖ Misunderstanding about GPL licensing
5. Technical Issues
If you face installation problems, we are happy to provide basic guidance. However, this does not qualify for a refund.
6. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
